We are a team of seasoned marketing professionals, each with 10 years of experience, united by a shared foundation. As graduates of Birla Institute of Technology, we first collaborated during the Google Online Marketing Challenge, where we honed our skills in digital marketing. Despite pursuing different academic disciplines, our passion for marketing led us to build successful careers in the field, specializing in growth, performance marketing, and data-driven strategies.


Abhinav Suman - The Media Guy
A visionary in programmatic advertising with 12 years of transformative experience, I am deeply passionate about the power of the open internet to revolutionize marketing strategies. Currently spearheading global initiatives at The Trade Desk, I manage a $200M+ revenue portfolio, empowering tier 1 brands to harness the full potential of the open internet across CTV, DOOH, audio, display, and OLV.
My career includes key roles at Adobe, where I oversaw $100M+ in annual advertising budget from 60+ brands, and InMobi, where I guided brands to achieve their goals by maximising their market SOV. I’ve consistently delivered exceptional results, including a 346% ROI increase for a major retailer and a 112% ROAS boost through innovative CTV strategies. Arpit Brahmchari - The Startup Guy
I love startups, marketing and football. My digital marketing journey started way back in 2012 (my second year of engineering) when we participated in and won the 3rd position globally in the Google Online Marketing Challenge. Ever since I have been engaged in online marketing (mostly in startups).
I have been managing the marketing team of marquee-invested early-stage startups for the last 10 years. Also, I have been working with top leadership in startups for almost 5 years.
All my roles have been high pressure and very impactful roles. I believe that’s the case with all senior roles in any start up :). Anyways, am used to it now and challenge is a requirement now.

What time zone do we work in?
Most of our partners and team members are based out of India. But we work in all time zone. Marketing isn't a silo functionality and has to be business/product driven
How much does it cost?
Depends upon your business and its growth requirements. We are not cheap but we are the most value-for-money "extended marketing team".
We prefer both models - reatiner and reatiner + performance variable.
Who makes the ground team?
We have a strong network of marketers - SEO experts, graphic designers, SM experts and content writers whom we have mentored. Plus we use AI as much as we can.
How do you communicate?
Communication is the key for an extended team setup. We prefer slack beside emails for regular touch. As "team members" we can attend internal calls with different stakeholders - sales executive, product manager, developers and your CEO.
